Returns
Do we offer Returns and Refunds?
We have a 30-Day Return Policy and the product must be unused and in its original packaging with product receipt to be eligible for a return and a Refund.
Note: We are an Authorized Retailer, processing times for the returns are different depending on the brand associated with the product.
What do we do if our Products are damaged?
If a product was received damaged it must be reported with in 48 HOURS to be eligible for a return or refund on the product. To report a damaged or defective product, you must send us an inquiry on our contact us page or give us a call in order to fix the defective or damaged product.
Note: If not reported within the 48 Hours, we WILL NOT be able to Return/Replace, OR issue a Refund for the damaged product.
Shipping
How long does shipping usually take?
Our shipping times are from 5 -14 business days. Shipping is a bit lengthy due to the fact that most of these products are heavy and require to be shipped through Freight and we want to make sure all products arrive to the customer in perfect condition!
Do we ship internationally?
Yes, however we are not currently offering international shipping on select products. We are working to enable broader international orders at the moment.

Backorders are when an order is placed on a product but the product isn't in stock or is unavailable at the moment. As listed in our Back Order Policy Page the other options would be to have a refund or you may exchange for another product.
