More often than not, shipments/packages make it to your location without a problem. However, if they do, we ask that you thoroughly inspect your packages following a few guidelines. Note that any type of damage will require photos submitted to info@homebrewofficial.com within 48 hours of receipt to process your return/exchange.
Pre-Delivery: If you are not there to sign-for or inspect the delivery, and authorize the freight company to leave the order without a signature (by leaving a note, etc.), HomeBrew cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 4 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
General shipping times range from 5 - 14 Business Days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Upon Delivery: When it arrives, ensure that the pallet/piece count on the delivery receipt matches the number of pallets/pieces you are supposed to have received. Note any missing pieces on the delivery receipt before you sign. Example: “Only Received 3 of 4 pieces.” Call us at +1(800) 869-1148 immediately to let us know you are missing pallets/pieces. We will coordinate with the carrier to locate the missing items or replace them.
Immediately inspect for any visible damages like crumpled box corners, holes/punctures, or broken pallets (which are typical signs of internal damage). If there is any visible damage REFUSE DELIVERY OF THE ENTIRE ORDER. Do not keep a partial order if any single item is damaged. Note any damages to the packaging or contents on the delivery receipt by specifically writing the word “Damaged”.
If there is no visible external damage, please sign-for and accept your freight. Signing your delivery receipt without noting any damages legally states that you have received your items in good condition. Note that drivers will not wait for you to inspect for concealed damage.
Upon accepting your order, open and inspect your package for CONCEALED DAMAGE. You have 48 Hours to email us damage photos at info@homebrewofficial.com.You may call us at +1(800) 869-1148 to report any concealed damage, only after we have received the corresponding photos. Please have your order number ready.

Easy to use!
This machine is very reminiscent of the one I used when I worked in an internet cafe, except much easier to use. The steam nozzle is positionable to to areas both inside and outside the tray, with the control located on the side of the machine. The included scoop/tamper combination tool is a great space-saver and makes for easier cleanup. Double-shot and single-shot filters are included. My cabinets are mounted at standard height and the lid opens perfectly without hitting it. However, I have to slide out the machine in order to remove and replace the water reservoir (the tank is very tall). The cord is more than long enough to position anywhere on my countertop, although I placed mine in front of an outlet to hide it. One piece of advice: run the steamers before you froth your beverage. for the best effect. Also, run a little steam afterward, to clean the wand. Overall, this is a great looking machine that’s simple to use and easy to clean.

This compact expresso machine is light, simple and the black and stainless-steel finish, makes it appear sleek on the kitchen counter. Because of its size, this machine is perfect in a kitchen lacking counter space. The size and construction of it are for those who enjoy expresso drinks yet do not want bulk of a professional style expresso maker. There are many pros to this machine: heats up quickly for immediate use, built-in, rotatable frother, comes with a porta-filter that has two filters, for single or double shot espresso(can make two cups at one time or one double cup), one knob for all the functions simplifies usage yet still delivers a quality expresso, the water reservoir can be removed to fill, the plastic tamper has a scoop on opposite end to measure coffee, discrete storage area for filter is located under the lid which covers water reservoir.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this having never had, or made, any sort of espresso or similar drink before. Quick trip to Google and youtube and I was ready to proceed. Wow. Just wow was my first reaction to curiously tasting the double shot espresso I just brewed. So much flavor I never thought coffee could have, it's insane! I use this machine daily now whenever I wake up. Double shot espresso cappuccino (idk if that's what it's called but that's basically what it is to me lol). I absolutely love it and really hope it lasts for years! Couple tips, if you dont have a burr grinder that has an espresso/fine setting, get one immediately. It makes a huge difference in taste. After every of the steamer, take it apart and rinse it or there will be some milk/cream leftover in it which could potentially spoil I've only had 1 issue so far and that is the heated water seems to run out faster now than when I first got it, both for the espresso and steamer. If you're on the fence about getting this product, stop thinking and get it, you wont regret it!!
